I'm fairly positive any and all kinks with light loads in the inertia systems have been worked out. But since I am new to Benelli, I figured I would ask. What kinds of shells are you guys using for the same configuration, 20 gauge, M2 Field, and what are you using them for? Thanks!!!!! Can't wait to get my gun, I shot Benelli's at a local range and loved them. Im very excited. Best Regards, Steve

You made a good choice. I have an M2 Field in 12 ga. and love it. As far as ammo for the 20 ga., it's always a good idea to go with Benelli's recommendations: minimum of 2-1/2 dram, 7/8 oz. loads. It's likely that the M2 will operate with a lighter load, but no guarantees. Other than that , it should shoot any factory load you what to use. Good shooting.

I haven't received it yet, so I havent received its manual. As long as it can do 7/8 oz. shots, then that is fine. Thanks!
