Nova front sight removal

I was wondering if the front sight on the Nova is threaded on and how I go about taking it off? I am interested on putting a Hiviz sight on. Thanks

If you are having problems with this task ya need to take to a gunsmith!!:confused: you can bend the housing the benelli sight is enclosed in if ya are not careful and it simply turns left to loosen and rt to tighten but getting it broken loose ya can ruin it which is what i did but i found it useless to start with and did not plan on reusing it so it hit the trash can where it belonged! went with the HIVIZ! only about 15.00 if ya mess it up and want a replacement http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/store/ProductDetail.aspx?p=6500&title=SIGHT%2c+FRONT&s=15630#15630
