M4 Full Length Mag tubes

Does anyone know where I can purchase one for my M4? Any info would be great.

That Numerich part says 6 shot tube. I'm not at home to look but I thought the standard tube was 5, the full length 7. I'm confused.:confused:

The six shot tube I beleive may be refering to 3" shells instead of 2 3/4 shells .
