PROGRAM TOPIC?

I have to tell ya, it would be really nice for a change
to see a hunting show do a show on cottontail
hunting!
no one does :mad: , hunting the crafty, wiley
cottontail isn't as boring or easy as one might think.
I just think that rabbit hunting or snowshoe hunting
don't get enough consideration. :D

I have to agree but just small game in general because that is how most people start out hunting.

I have to agree with you that rabbit hunting is fun to do, but how entertaining would it be to watch? Im not so sure I would like to sit down and watch rabbit hunting....

I would watch ANY kind of hunting. So you have my vote. Cotton tail, snowshoe, and jack rabbits. I am sure they could pump out a half hour special on each one.

18mins of watching dudes blast ground hogs at 100+ yrds with .243 would keep me watching get some good close ups with some slow mo......

Do you know why you don't see many rabbit hunting shows? The answer is two fold:

1) Their aren't very many rabbit guides therefore a hunting program can't go and pay for a good set up.
(or promo a ranch)

2) Rabbit hunitng can require a lot of walking, and as you know some of the hunting hosts are not top athletes.
