Has anyone ever gotten a response by using the "Contact Us" form in the Customer Service area of Uberti's web site? I've sent them the same question twice, and have even tried clicking on different states when I submitted the question. Never have gotten a response.

In red it reads:

The forums are hosted compliments of Benelli USA to post questions and comments.

THE FORUMS ARE NOT A CONDUIT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE OR EMAIL (301) 283-6981 . DO NOT POST CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS IN THE FORUMS.

Inappropriate language and photos will not be tolerated and those posts will be removed.

Hope this helps.

Do you see the part which reads, "OR EMAIL"?
I believe these folks are saying that they have been trying to contact CS via e-mail, but to NO avail.

As pointed out in the Franchi forums, the link they are using is the "Contact Us" link from the website banners.
The forums disclaimer is NOT APPLICABLE. But even if it were, IT STILL DOESN"T WORK!

Ask the web geeks to fix the "Contact Us" form so that these guys can Contact You!

I submit to you Exhibit A:

Nelli,
What is the direct email address for Uberti customer service? I think it's clear that we've all read the disclaimer at the top of the forum page.

Chuck,
See her reply in the Franchi forum here:
http://www.benelliusa.com/forums/ultimatebb.php/topic/3/304.html#000005

It seems to be the same e-mail address for all brands.

Does anyone know if the 1873 Cattleman 2 Cody's(Nickle finish, simulated ivory grips) grips fit the nickle finish Beretta Stampede(Nickle finish, blue screws, Walnut grips)? i need to know because Beretta doesnt make any other grips for that model and twin Stampedes with walnut grips dont look to good in a black handtooled holster with silver studs

No Chuck I sent an inquirery to them a couple weeks ago(Uberti). No reply! Maybe we should try contacting Berreta as supposedly they bought Uberti and San Marcos. Not positive about Uberti, but heard it might happen. But they did buy San marcos.

Chuck I did receive this address today, as I was looking for an 1873BP Uberti Cylinder as a spare.
http://www.vtigunparts.com/
It's a parts company that has Uberti, Pietta, Pedersoli, Colt, Ruger, USFA and more ... parts.
In case anyone else is lookin' seems like a great place to start.

In response to Smokin_gun (23 April) it seems Beretta did buy Uberti. I will have the pleasure of visiting the Uberti factory in Italy next week. Why not try them with your queries?
I have also read somewhere that Uberti make the Beretta Stampede - will try to update that one next week.

Just an F.Y.I. - Beretta Holdings in Italy bought Uberti. They own Beretta USA, Vursan, Stoeger Industries, etc. So actually "Beretta USA" does not own them, they are just a sister member of the holdings company. Uberti is manufacturing the Stampede for Beretta USA.
