loose firing pin

i just bought a used uberti cattleman .44 spcl
and the firing pin is loose. it wiggles around. does not look right to me. i see a tiny screw on the hammer. does this screw have anything to do with the firing pin retension?? any help would be greatly appreciated. newbie needs help. thanx in advance.

In case you haven't already figured it out, this is normal on the Uberti - the firing pin is supposed to float like that. Apparently this is true to the original Colts, but don't quote me on that...
