CHOKE GUIDE LINE

WERE CAN I GET A GUIDE LINE TELLING ME WHICH CHOKE IS BEST FOR WHAT RANGE IM SHOOTING,I DONT HAVE BUT 5 CHOKES HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO NOW WHICH CHOKE TO SHOOT AT WHAT TIME ,I HAVE THE 3 COMMON AND HAVE THE SKEET 1 AND 2,EVERYONE SAYS HEY TRY THEM ALL UNTILL YOU FIND OUT WHICH ONE SUITS YOU BETTER IS THERE A BETTER WAY OR IS THERE A SET GUIDELINE,OR IS THERE JUST TWO GUIDE LINE 1 FOR SHORT AND 2 FOR LONG.NOT TOO SURE HERE ANY HELP APPRECIATED.

Why would the obstuction of a choke cause more recoil?

i didn't mean to show my being RETARTED by writing with caps ,the info was just what i have been looking for thanks alot,and joe im no pro but on the more recoil is because of the obstruction, by the choke trying to restrict the shots thats what i would think anyway,but i may be wrong ,for im RETARTED :rolleyes:

I was thinking that the charge moving down the barrel was the "action",
And
The gun moving back in recoil was the "reaction".

If the choke acts as an obstruction and slows the charge or "action",
Then the "reaction" or recoil will be reduced.

So an obstruction that slows the charge should cause less recoil.

Perhaps the choke acts like the restriction in a carburetor, causing the air to pass through the venturi at a higher speed?

Does anyone know anything about franchi new 2006 waterfowl extended choke tubes do they work well with the I-12 or is there better extended chokes for this gun out there??

They appear to be the same as the Dead Zone series made by Primos?
I use those in my SBEII and absolutely love 'em.
