View Full Version : Franchi LAW 12
Does anyone know of a source for parts for the LAW 12?
Do any LAW 12 parts interchange with other Franchi shotguns?
Is this akin to the futile search for the Holy Grail?
One would think that the spare parts supply went SOMEWHERE when AA stopped importing this gun, or that Franchi/Bennelli would still support their products that are out of production.
Any and all help is appreciated!
Thanks,
DanZ

Unfortunately, e-mail is not the best way to correspond with customer service.
Call Them.

I will call them in the morning.
Not a good harbinger, but a great gun!

I also ran across some information simply by searching LAW12 in Google.
I had neither the time nor the ambition to chase out the results for you, but there are some leads worth following.
Yes, I ran that search before posting here, ran it 6 ways to Sunday, on all the search engines. Nothing of merit.
Franchi/Beretta Customer Service does not take calls about older Franchi parts. They transfer you to a recording that refers the caller to Carlson's. I called Carlson's and their parts stock is very limited. No buffers, no mag extensions. nice people there, though, spoke to a live person, I'll be calling them back to order some springs.
FranchiUSA does not support their discontinued guns. Period.
The search goes on, I'll email Franchi in Italy.

I have a LAW-12 Folder. It is a truely wonderful shotgun. For many of the parts interchange with the SPAS-12 and Carlson's has more than you think.
For spare parts I have,
the long mag extension
Barrel thread protector
Modified choke
Full Choke
Shot Devertor
Hunting plug
universal tool
spare buffer
Spare folding stock bushing
spare firing pin
spare firing pin spring
spare extractor and spring
Scope Mount (the rarest of all the parts)
I got all of these parts by watching the web sites and moving fast.
Good luck, it is worth it, This neat little scattergun has the ability to hold a full load of 10 2 3/4 rounds.
Here is a short mag extension on Ebay closing in two days

When you have the name "Franchi USA" and you exclusively market Franchi
products, the impression that you give (and the impression that you are
riding on) is that you represent Franchi in the US market. It would be wise
to support all the Franchi guns that Franchi spa supports.
