30" Barrel for Alcione can shoot 3"

The 30" ported overbored barrel on my Alcione Sport SL has this stamped on it

12 ga 3" - For 2 3/4" or 3" shells

The website and brochure say only 2 3/4". Does anyone know whether this is correct or not?

they changed the the chambering back to the original 2-3/4" this year..

stick with what your barrel is stamped with.

Thats correct, customer service e-mailed me back. That year the gun was made for both 3" and 2 3/4" shells.
