I have an older (pre-1970) Franchi Alcione O/U 12 ga. that needs an inertia sear and maybe other parts in the breach and safety assembly. No one seems to have any. Franchi, which was bought by Benelli, which was bought by Beretta, says it doesn't stock parts for older guns. Beretta and Benelli are no help, and the cost of machining new parts would appear to be prohibitively more than the gun is worth. Yet it's a beautiful, ultra-light upland gun with a fine stock, good barrels and engraving. I'd hate to sell it for parts. Anyone have any info or ideas?
