I bought a new Franchi 612 right before spring turkey this year. The guns porely about a foot off at 40yds. Had the gun shop where I bought it send it back and it comes back and franchi says it meets their specs. Well that just sealed it for me if that is their specs then I will never buy another shotgun from them again. I will also make sure my members of "US Hunting Forums" (http://ushuntingforums.com) know bout their specs and their customer service policy. I would have thought that they would stand by their product better and that they would have made it right but they didn't and for that they suck!

My new 612 shoots at 40 yards 6 in to the left and a couple inches low. I was wondering if maybe I had a bent barrel from the factory and needed to send it back.

Well to tell the truth it doesn't matter if it is 6" or 12" as the specs say 2.5" left or right 4" up or down. well the march post was with a full choke that came with the gun the last post was with a custom choke that I had made that tightened the pattern up quite a bit I believe. Well you were the one who registered on my site if you don't like it you can do one thing and that is leave!

"sniff " :D you know birdog you got a hard on for me for sure. Doesn't matter what choke the center of the pattern is farther than the specs. If you are nothing on this board since obviously you don't have a clue what I am talking bout just keep your two lips shut and keep your fingers from touching the key board and you will be better off. You are benelli forum groupie instead of helping you attack someone well it's obvious you have to much time on your hands. Down in the south that would get you into lot's of trouble
