I have a 1970 ish Eldorado 12 gauge auto.
the barrel is not stamped with shell size or type of shot where all new gus are now stamped with MFG info and warning info. When I was cleaning gun I did find a # 3 stamped in barrel where it slides into the receiver. I used a spent 3" shell and it seemed to fit okay but trying to manually eject shell was not very easy. Does any else shoot an early model Franchi auto using three inch steel shot ?
