Can anyone provide information on this type of FRANCHI? I can not find any info on the HUNTER model.

The Franchi 48al hunter model was just the standard 48al with wildlife etchings on the sides of the receiver. The etched areas are also in the white. Really, I think they're pretty nice. I recently bought a 20 gauge version that I have been quail hunting with lately, and I absolutely love it. Very light, almost no recoil, and absolutely no problems with functioning. They were imported by FIE for quite a few years.
