what are the differences between these stoeger models? I've looked online at the specs and I really don't see that much differnce. Is it just a looks thing or is it a mechanical difference?

One more thing. Where do you get additional chokes for a stoeger from?

Thanks

Hi iq_52 .. lol .. good screen name btw..

on the Condor page:

....All three Condor versions feature screw-in choke tubes and single triggers. Like clay target shooting? Choose the Supreme model, which adds a single selective trigger and automatic ejectors main difference .. and BIG difference!!

Supreme is the one I'd get just from the 'mechanical' side of it.. but, to each their own.

I got burned at Dick's, asked the salesman, I want a gun that I have to pull the trigger once for each shot. He says this low end Condor will do it. Get it home and you have to cycle the safety to fire next round. Not what I asked for or wanted. Now Dick's says I'm stuck with the gun and that's that. Buyer beware of promises not kept.

My Condor fires the upper barrel without cycling the saftey. Are you dry firing it? I believe it has an inertia trigger in it. It needs the recoil from the first shot to allow the second shot. I am a newbie but I believe this how it functions.

You sure about this? It will not do it when you try to dry fire. I have the lowest model and it shoots as fast as I can pull the trigger twice. No need to cycle safety!
