Stoeger uplander sidelock

I recently bought a side-by-side sidelock shotgun that carries the "Uplander" label. It is a true sidelock, with 28" M/F fixed choke barrels.

Questions: How old is this gun? Does it have 2 3/4" or 3" chambers? Is it safe to use with steel shot?

I can't find anything about this particular gun on Stoeger's or any other Web site.
