Hi
I gave up with Stoeger Ind after l purchased a sxs for SASS (12ga.) It was their chrome finished barrels with Dark Brazilian wood.

The stock lasted for about 6 shoots until a piece of the wood just flew off. When l tried to reach Stoeger, by every means possible, l realized that l was wasting my time.

I only decided to pursue this again when l found out thet they were sold to Benelli and l figured nobody could be as bad as Stoeger Ind.

What hurts the most is that l put an equal amount of money into the Stoeger in custom features.

Remember that in SASS l only shoot with greatly reduced loads, could you imagine if l used reg loads.

I am not looking for something for free and l was willing to pay all costs. I would have even been content with a reply telling me where to go, but nothing!!!!!!!!!!

How can a person buy any firearm without the factory's support.

what model did you buy?I'm going to have to take mine out and shoot the barrels off or at least till they melt.,to see for myself, and check out the other things you say, this world isn;t about fairness its about how we handle it all.Theres more than one way to skin a cat,it may not be the best way,but it could be worse.M1014 ;)

The wooden stock started coming apart. It's sad that Stoeger does not have a customer care dept.

I recently bought a 2000 and stupidly broke the bolt handle. I called Stoeger and had the new part in 4 days under warranty. There were two different numbers and addresses in my documentation so I guess I called the right one. Not taking up for them just relating my experience. I bought the gun having heard these horror stories so I may have lucked up.
