fezman - besides the point of your product being a p.o.s. out of the box ... spend a few extra bucks and take a step up in quality or look to buy a decent used higher grade gun. I know I might sound like an a$$ but, there's no substitute for good quality. My Franchis havn't givin me any problems nor have my Berettas. My hunting partner is diehard on Citoris ...he likes a few others but, they fit him well and he shoots like a machine with his.

Anywho.. Good Luck on your next choice.

you are 100% right! i accualy bought the condor on a whim for years my wife has been an anti-gun person but ever since we started running our wiems in field trials she has softend up a bit also i took her skeet shooting and she loved it. so i jumped at the oppertunity to get a new gun (my first one in 9years) i realy was looking into a beretta or a browning citori but i knew that would cause a bit of a marital rift because of the price. so i got the cheep gun. ironicaly yesterday i bought her a beretta a303 20ga used at a gun show. its the nicest used gun "ive" ever owned my best friend has been using one for years and loves it. the wife shot his and several others (including the missfireing condor) of couse she wanted the beretta. so i bought it for her i got a perty good price on it. for the most part i never skimp on toys i only buy snap on tools nikon cameras and optics glock automatics and smith revolvers. it just realy ticked me off that it seems to me to be un safe. im begining to think it may just need to be shot in. also ive never had such a problem with customer service i guess you do get the entire get what you pay for package.

fezman,

If I were you, I would not let this die without satisfaction. At the very least, the gun should be repaired to work. If not that, then they should give you a new one THAT WORKS!

This gun does not need to be "shot in." It needs to be fixed and Beretta/Benelli/Stoeger needs to stand behind their product.

Don't let them wear you down!
