Stoeger 2000 barrel movement

I just purchased a Stoeger 2000 semi auto shotgun and notice if you put your hand around the forearm and barrel at the chamber area close to the reciever and squeeze, that there is some up and down barrel movement (not in and out, but up and down). Is this normal on these guns?
If you own one does this happen to you?
